Perfect Speech, was created by Dr. Lydia Reid CCC-SLP.D, with a focus on providing speech, physical, occupational, and social groups in the South Florida area specifically Dade and Broward counties.  

Who do we provide services to?

Perfect Speech is an experienced and reputable company, providing quality assessment and therapy (individual or group) to individuals of all ages including infants and children up to 21 years of age. who exhibit a wide range of speech/language, orthopedic, and/or sensory motor dysfunction. In addition, we train the family/caregiver on how to reinforce the therapy goals. 

What type of medical conditions do we treat?

Perfect Speech provide services for individuals with swallowing disorders (dysphagia), articulation and phonological delay disorders, motor speech disorders, oral motor and feeding disorders, language delays/disorders, language processing disorders in ADD/ADHD, cleft palate, voice disorders, stuttering/dysfluency, developmental apraxia, progressive neurogenic diseases, central nervous system dysfuncion, aphasia, cerebral vascular accidents, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, down syndrome and other genetic disorders, pervasive developmental disorders such as autism and asperger syndrome, and hearing impairment.

Our therapist’s years of experience range from 2 years to over 15 years with training in various techniques including procedures such as NeuroDevelopmental Treatment, Augmentative Alternative Communication, Myofascial Release, Neruofeedback Therapy, FAST FORWARD, Dynamic Electrotherapy and SEMG, VITALSTIM Therapy, Therapeutic Aquatics, Hippo Therapy, PROMPT, TheraTogs application, Sensory Integration, and D.I.R./Floor time/ABLC.
